π§Ύ Terms & Conditions for Recurring Cleaning Packages
Applies to: Luxury Weekly, Elite Bi-weekly, and Monthly Clients
β¨ Service Eligibility & Consistency
- Recurring perks (like Spring Cleanings and Add-ons) activate after: - 6 weeks of uninterrupted service for Weekly clients 
- 12 weeks of uninterrupted service for Bi-weekly clients 
 
- Monthly clients receive perks based on quarterly service consistency (no more than one skip in 90 days). 
- Paused services over 30 days may reset eligibility or result in perk forfeiture. 
π§Ό Spring Cleaning Benefit
- One Spring Cleaning is included per year with qualifying recurring service. 
- Must be scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice, subject to availability. 
- Spring Cleaning Cap: The included Spring Cleaning covers up to $400 in value. - If the service exceeds this amount, the client will receive either 45% off the overage or $350 off total, whichever is greater. 
- Any remaining balance is due at time of service. 
 
ποΈ Scheduling & Technician Preferences
- We do our best to honor your Preferred Day, Time, and Technician, but these are subject to availability and not guaranteed during holidays, severe weather, or staffing changes. 
π Holiday Scheduling & Cleanups
- Priority Holiday Scheduling means you get first dibs on major holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Yearβs). 
- Weekly clients also receive a complimentary 2-hour Pre/Post-Holiday Clean-Up (interior only) once annually. Requires 2-week advance booking and is subject to availability. 
π Complimentary Add-Ons
- Add-on services (e.g., baseboard detail, oven cleaning, fridge interior) included in your package are: - 4/year for Weekly 
- 2/year for Bi-weekly and Monthly 
 
- Add-ons are use-it-or-lose-it, cannot roll over, and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. 
π³ Discounts & Payment
- 8% discount for paying annually up front (Weekly/Bi-weekly only). - If canceled early, refund is prorated at the non-discounted rate minus perks already redeemed. 
 
- 2% autopay discount for active cards on file if not paying annually. 
- Missed payments or failure to maintain service consistency may suspend perks and discounts. 
π Price Adjustments & Home Changes
- Package pricing is based on the homeβs condition at the start of service. 
- Substantial changes to square footage, layout, or condition may require a pricing adjustment. 
- Annual pricing reviews occur with 30 days' notice to active clients. 
π General Fine Print
- All perks are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. 
- Cow Poke Cleaning reserves the right to modify package terms with notice to maintain service quality and fairness.
